Enjoyed our trip very much and hotels we stayed at were located in great areas for sightseeing! The tour of Tokyo and guide were excellent!
Ralph is easy to work with. We told him our likes and dislikes and left the planning to him. We truly enjoyed not having to book anything and just having an itinerary sent for approval and wham, it is done.
Ralph is extremely responsive. He quickly and efficiently designs itineraries which address our desires. He has a great personality and is easy to work with. Based on years of experience he has a multitude of resources at hand. Often, he knows what we want better than we do.
